5 things you never want to see
Whether you are talking about a garden or a workplace there are some things you definitely don’t want to see. They are the signs that something is seriously wrong and that action needs to be taken immediately. Here are my top 5:
dead plants . . . people who turn up physically but not mentally or emotionally also know as the actively disengaged or “has beens”
rotting fruit . . . people denied promotions or transfers or put in roles that don’t utilise their skills
weed infestations . . . a negative culture where backstabbing and cliques take hold
butchered pruning . . . ineffective change programs and badly delivered feedback that damage people
vandalism . . . bullying, gossiping and other psychologically damaging actions
Are there any others you can add to my list?
