Payment terms
For presentations and workshops a deposit of 50% is required on acceptance of this project agreement. The remaining 50% and any travel expenses are payable at the completion of the project.

All invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.

Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to a booking will attract no fee. Cancellations of less than 30 days notice will result in a forfeit of any deposit paid.

Postponement
In the event that a project is postponed by more than one month once a deposit has been paid, a 10% administration fee will be charged.

Travel
Events held more than 3 hours drive from Brisbane will require economy class air travel with Qantas or Singapore Airlines, accommodation, meals and transfers.

Recommendations
As many of our clients find us via a referral or introduction, we have a dedicated Referral Policy to ensure any recommendation is attended to promptly and professionally.
